Be paid to go green!

A New Wave of Enterprise - Public Enterprise.

People know the terms free enterprise and private enterprise.
Public Enterprise is different in that it operates solely for the benefit of the community/ies it serves, not for the financial gain of an individual or group of individuals.
Obviously all enterprise has to cover its operational costs, the difference with a public enterprise body is that not only does it produce benefits in its day to day operations, it also uses any surplus income generated for the benefit of the community/communities it serves.
